About Simple Extractions
There are situations when you do not have the treatment option of saving a tooth. If the tooth is deemd non restorable the recommendation will be to remove the tooth. The edentulous space would then need to be restored with a dental implant. We will usually recommend grafting the socket at the time of extraction in preparation for the replacement implant.
